1. Introduction
If you wish to cancel your purchase of our services and consequently request a refund, you may apply for the return procedure within a maximum of 14 business days, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, regarding consumer rights within contracts concluded at a distance.
The 14 business days period for exercising this right begins on the day the payment for the purchased service is made.
2. Right to Cancel
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 business days without penalties and without invoking any reason, but with the obligation to notify Dialpilot.com of this intention at least 3 business days before the start date of the implementation. Notifications should be sent to the email address support@dialpilot.com.

Custom-made products, tailored according to your specifications, cannot be returned in accordance with Ordinance 130/2000, Chapter 2, Article 10, letter c) – contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or distinct personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
